JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
As the Shopify Optimization & Google PPC Specialist, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify store, ensuring a high-performing website, driving traffic, emphasize with increasing conversions, and improving customer retention. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data analysis, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Website & User Experience Optimization
*Manage, optimize, and update our Shopify store to ensure a seamless, high-converting customer journey.
*Improve site speed, navigation, and mobile friendliness to enhance conversions.
*Implement A/B tests to optimize product pages, checkout flows, and call-to-action elements.
*Work with designers/developers to enhance UI/UX and fix bugs or performance issues.

2. Google PPC & Paid Advertising Management:
*Develop, implement, and manage high-performing Google PPC campaigns to drive qualified traffic.
*Continuously optimize ad campaigns for better performance, ensuring high ROI and increasing conversions.
*Monitor and analyze PPC metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) to adjust bids, keywords, and targeting strategies.
*Perform regular keyword research to expand the PPC portfolio and stay ahead of competitors.
*Collaborate with the SEO team to align PPC campaigns with broader search marketing efforts.

3. Product & Inventory Management:
*Optimize product listings for maximum discoverability and conversion (SEO, images, videos, and descriptions).
*Work with suppliers to ensure real-time inventory updates and prevent stock-outs.
*Manage bundling, upselling, and cross-selling strategies to increase Average Order Value (AOV).

4. SEO Optimization & Marketing:
*Oversee and optimize paid ads across Google, Facebook, and other platforms to maximize traffic and conversions.
*Implement strategies to boost organic search visibility and rankings.
*Develop and manage email & SMS marketing campaigns (abandoned cart, post-purchase, loyalty programs).
*Leverage User-Generated Content (UGC) and influencer partnerships to increase brand credibility and engagement.
*Implement retargeting and referral marketing to increase customer acquisition and reduce cart abandonment.
*Track and optimize store’s SEO performance through metadata, URL structures, and technical SEO improvements.

5. Design and User Experience (UX):
*Ensure the store’s layout and design are intuitive, mobile-friendly, and visually appealing to improve the shopping experience.
*Regularly assess and refine UX/UI to enhance user engagement and reduce friction in the conversion process.

6. Operations & Customer Support:
*Work closely with fulfillment partners to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
*Monitor and improve returns/refunds processes to reduce friction in post-purchase customer experience.
*Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure quick resolution of customer inquiries and issues.

Position Qualifications:
*Strong experience in Google PPC management with a proven track record of increasing conversions.
*Proficiency in managing Shopify stores and implementing key conversion strategies.
*Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and SMS campaigns.
*Experience with A/B testing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel), and data-driven decision-making.
*Knowledge of inventory management systems and optimizing AOV.
*Familiarity with UX/UI principles and improving mobile responsiveness.
*Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Position Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM NY time
Location: Remote, Using TimeDoctor (for clocking in and out preposes and payment)
Salary: $800/month however negotiable

Benefits:
