Shopify Website Optimization Specialist – The Scalp Boss

The Scalp Boss is seeking an experienced Shopify Website Optimization Specialist to review, update, and optimize our current e-commerce website. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in Shopify, email marketing automation, conversion rate optimization, and customer journey development.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive audit of our Shopify store and recommend improvements.
Build and optimize Hair Growth Quiz follow-up funnels.
Create lead magnets and email capture systems to increase subscriber growth.
Develop automated email and SMS nurture sequences.
Implement abandoned cart recovery campaigns to improve conversions.
Create review collection and customer feedback workflows.
Develop reorder reminder campaigns to increase repeat purchases.
Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout processes for higher conversion rates.
Improve customer experience, site navigation, and overall store performance.
Integrate and optimize Shopify apps, email marketing platforms, and automation tools.

Qualifications:

Proven experience optimizing Shopify stores.
Strong knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify Email, or similar marketing automation platforms.
Understanding of customer journey mapping and e-commerce sales funnels.
Experience creating automated email, SMS, and retention campaigns.
Ability to analyze store performance and implement data-driven improvements.

Preferred Experience:

Beauty, wellness, hair care, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
Quiz funnel development and lead generation strategies.
Subscription and repeat-purchase optimization.
