Shopify Developer and Customer Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Shopify specialist to help us design and build a new Shopify store based on our existing website. This role also includes content creation, website management, and customer support.

The ideal candidate must have solid experience with Shopify, including editing themes, replicating store layouts, identifying and fixing errors, and optimizing overall store performance.

What You’ll Do:
- Copy, build, and edit a new Shopify store from our main store
- Customize and modify Shopify themes (layout, sections, design)
- Identify and fix website issues/errors
- Collect customer content from social media (FB, IG, TikTok)
- Upload and optimize photos/videos on the site
- Write original blogs (no AI tools)
- Create simple YouTube videos from content
- Manage product pages and OEM pages
- Assist with customer emails/orders and admin tasks

Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 6 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)
U.S. holidays observed
Tools: Hubstaff, Slack, Asana
Must work exclusively on Tamco tasks during hours
