Shopify Designer/Developer Position - Figma Specialist

Job Overview

We're seeking a talented designer with strong Figma skills to create beautiful, conversion-focused landing pages and product pages for Shopify stores. This position offers flexibility to either focus solely on design or to combine design with custom Liquid development.

Core Responsibilities
Create professional, conversion-optimized designs in Figma for Shopify landing pages and product pages
Design highly customizable sections with modular block settings that work across any Shopify theme
Maintain brand consistency while innovating design solutions that drive sales
Collaborate with our team to implement designs that balance aesthetics with functionality
Required Skills & Experience
Proven expertise in Figma for e-commerce design, particularly for Shopify
Strong portfolio demonstrating web design skills focused on conversion
Understanding of e-commerce user experience and customer journey
Ability to create designs that are both visually appealing and functional
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Shopify Liquid templating language
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles
Understanding of Shopify's section/block architecture
Experience creating custom theme sections and blocks
Portfolio examples of successful e-commerce designs that improved conversion rates
Technical Skills (for combined design/development role)
Shopify Liquid coding experience
HTML, CSS, JavaScript proficiency
Understanding of responsive design principles
Experience with Shopify theme customization and development
