JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable Shopify Customer Support Assistant to help manage customer emails and support requests.

This is a long-term, part-time position. The workload is generally light, but daily availability is required.

Requirements:

Previous Shopify experience is REQUIRED.
Experience handling customer emails, order updates, tracking inquiries, refunds, exchanges, and customer support tickets.
Strong written English.
Reliable internet connection.
Able to work independently and communicate clearly.

Schedule:

Approximately 2–3 hours per day.
Must check emails and messages every day, including weekends.
Flexible schedule — you can work whenever you want as long as customer inquiries are handled promptly.
Ideal for someone who already has another job or clients and wants stable extra income.

Compensation:

Starting salary: $300/month.
Performance bonus of $250 every 3 months for excellent reliability and performance.
Opportunity for salary increases and future full-time opportunities.

IMPORTANT:
The most important requirement is reliability. We need someone who can consistently check emails and messages every day and respond quickly when customers need assistance.
