Shopify & AI Art Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with various tasks related to Shopify management, Print on Demand, AI art creation, and helping schedule consultations with new leads. You will be working closely with me to fulfill client requests within the travel industry, manage personal business ventures, and handle different tasks as needed weekly. This position has the opportunity to turn into full-time with more hours and an increase in pay. I am looking for someone who wants to grow with my company and help me with the overwhelming response of requests. Start date: April 7, 2025

Responsibilities:
Manage Shopify stores for clients and personal business ventures, ensuring smooth operations and fulfillment.
Assist with Print on Demand tasks, including product creation, listing, and order management.
Create graphic art using AI platforms as requested.
Handle incoming leads for consulting business and maintain organized communication.
Collaborate and communicate effectively using Slack.
Track and manage tasks using Asana.
Perform various administrative and creative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Travel Industry Experience: Minimum 1-3 years
AI Experience: At least 2 years of experience using AI platforms to generate graphic art (Midjourney, Ideogram, ChatGPT etc)
Shopify Expertise: Intermediate or Expert level proficiency in managing Shopify stores and Print on Demand workflows.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Proficient in communication tools like Slack.
Skilled in task management tools like Asana.
Reliable internet connection.
Ability to start immediately April 7, 2025

Preferred Skills (Not Required):
Experience working with a consulting agency, especially in the travel industry.
Familiarity with travel industry operations, trends, or marketing.
