Shopee Operations

We're looking for a hands-on Shopee operations expert to own and scale our marketplace presence across multiple countries. This is a role for someone who knows Shopee inside and out — not just uploading products, but managing the full operational cycle and solving the platform's trickier logistics and SKU challenges.

What you'll do

• Open and manage Shopee shops across multiple countries, owning the full cycle: listings, visibility, inventory, and promotions.

• Manage SKU structure and inventory syncing across markets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Navigate Shopee's logistics flows — including Korean logistics (SLS), separation, and overseas shipping — and help drive a smooth SLS-to-FBS transition.

• Analyze country-level performance data (sales, ad performance, CTR, conversion rate, inventory turnover) to diagnose root causes and recommend fixes.

What we're looking for

• Multi-country Shopee experience (must-have): You've personally opened and run Shopee shops in more than one country and managed the full operational cycle end to end.

• Strong SKU & logistics knowledge (must-verify): You deeply understand SKU management, inventory syncing, and country-specific shipping and inbound processes. Given Shopee's known logistics bottlenecks — particularly around SKU structure and the current SLS-to-FBS transition — proven logistics expertise is essential.

• Data-driven problem-solving: You can look at country-level sales, ad metrics, CTR, conversion rates, and inventory turnover and pinpoint whether weak performance stems from product, pricing, ads, or logistics/inventory — then act on it.

Shopee operations live or die by logistics and SKU discipline. We need someone who can untangle bottlenecks, keep inventory flowing across borders, and turn data into decisions.
