Setter

Send outbound direct messages (DM outreach) to potential prospects on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Respond to DMs, comments, and inquiries from potential clients
Start and maintain engaging conversations with leads
Build rapport and establish trust with prospects
Qualify leads using provided scripts and questions
Book appointments or discovery calls for the sales team
Follow up with prospects who showed interest but haven’t scheduled yet
Track conversations, leads, and appointments in CRM or tracking systems
Meet daily or weekly outreach and appointment booking targets

Requirements:
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable sending outbound messages to new prospects
Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural and personalized
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
Basic understanding of sales or lead qualification
Familiarity with social media platforms

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with DM setting, appointment setting, or sales outreach
Experience using Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter for lead generation
Experience working remotely or with online businesses
