Department: Technical Division - Service Desk Department
Position: Project Manager

Overview:
The Project Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the successful delivery of IT projects for our clients. This role involves planning, executing, and managing a variety of projects, including Onboarding, Offboarding, and IT Migrations. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and closure of IT projects. Ensure alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Coordination and Resource Management: Assign responsibilities to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, coordinate activities and tasks, and monitor progress to adhere to project milestones and quality standards.
Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and consistent communication regarding project status, updates, and key metrics with management and stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement best practices for continuous improvement in future projects.
Qualifications:
Education: Associate's Degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical support, business administration, or project management roles.
Skills:
Proficiency in project management and ticketing tools such as MS Project, MS Planner, and Autotask.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in conducting post-project reviews and implementing process improvements.
Certifications: IT, ITIL, or Project Management certifications are a plus.
Experience:
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering IT projects on time and within budget.
Experience in technical support, business administration, or a project management role.
Demonstrated ability to manage project scope, resources, and timelines effectively.
