Service Coordinator
Pay Rate: $6.50 per hour
Location: Remote / US-based hours (PST)
About Us
We are a fast-growing security guard services company seeking Service Coordinators to join our operations team. Our Service Coordinators are the frontline link between clients, guards, and internal management — ensuring schedules are covered, issues are logged, and communication flows smoothly.
This is a detail-oriented role that requires organization, urgency, and reliability. If you cannot stay sharp under pressure or keep track of multiple moving parts, this role is not for you.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and confirm guard schedules to ensure 100% coverage.
Respond immediately to guard call-outs, client requests, or emergencies.
Use company systems (Humanity, Silvertrac, Google Workspace, Notion) to track schedules, logs, and i
Document all issues in the Service Coordination Report (SCR) accurately.
Communicate with clients in a professional manner, providing timely updates.
Work closely with dispatch and operations to solve coverage issues fast.
Escalate unresolved problems to management immediately.
Monitor and enforce KPIs: coverage completion, guard reliability, and client satisfaction.
Requirements (Must-Haves)
1+ year in scheduling, dispatching, customer service, or coordination roles (security/staffing preferred).
Strong written & spoken English — professional and clear.
Highly organized and detail-oriented; can manage multiple priorities without dropping details.
Able to work US business hours (PST).
Tech-savvy with experience in scheduling tools, CRMs, or similar platforms.
Stable internet connection and quiet, professional remote setup.

You do not have prior experience in coordination, scheduling, or dispatch.
You struggle with English communication or professionalism.
You cannot stay calm and decisive under pressure.
