Sunbelt Products is a small but successful and growing eCommerce company based in Odessa, FL that has been in business for more than 15 years. In 2011 we started in a modest 600 square foot warehouse and over the years have progressively grown into a 25,000 square foot operation.
We sell our own branded products (Liquid Stands, Pink Power, Sleepavo, HTM Lighting) that are manufactured to our specifications and listed on various channels such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Reverb, Target, and our own Shopify stores. We fulfill orders in our warehouse and we prepare for and ship products to Amazon and Walmart warehouses for them to fulfill.

About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on eCommerce leader to oversee both the Marketing and Channel Management teams of a U.S.-based eCommerce company with a strong team presence in the Philippines. You will manage and optimize key marketing functions including paid and organic social media,
With established teams in place, your focus will be on leading execution, improving performance, driving profitable growth, and identifying new opportunities across both owned websites and marketplace channels.
This position is fully remote and follows a Monday through Friday work schedule with weekends off.
What You Will Do
* Lead, manage, mentor and develop the Marketing and Channel Management teams.
* Set clear priorities for the team based on company goals, channel performance, revenue opportunities, profitability, and operational needs.
* Create and oversee marketing strategies for Shopify stores including CRO, SEO, paid advertising,
* Oversee 3rd party marketplace strategy and execution across Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, and other channels, including listings, pricing, SEO, promotions, advertising, product launches, and issue resolution.
* Review performance data regularly and turn insights into clear action items for the team.
* Ensure marketing and marketplace strategies support revenue growth, gross profit, advertising efficiency, conversion rate improvement, and overall channel performance.
* Maintain a strong, consistent, and positive brand image across all customer touchpoints.
* Maintain and improve team SOPs, reporting processes, and workflows to ensure consistent execution, accountability, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years in digital marketing, specifically within eCommerce.
* 2+ years experience managing an eCommerce team.
* Proficient in utilizing analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
* Experience in managing online campaigns across various platforms (social media,

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications
* Strongly preferred: Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and 3rd party marketplace management.
* Proficient in SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics relevant to eCommerce.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of current trends in eCommerce and digital marketing.
* Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
* Experience using AI tools and data-driven insights to optimize eCommerce performance, automate workflows, and support decision-making.
