As we continue expanding our Zoho One platform following a major migration, we're looking for an experienced Zoho professional to help us build the next generation of our internal business systems.

This is not a maintenance role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, designing scalable solutions, and building applications, reporting, and automation that become the operational backbone of a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
CRM & Solution Architecture
Design, optimize, and maintain scalable solutions across Zoho CRM, Creator, Analytics, Projects, Desk, Campaigns, and other Zoho One applications.
Evaluate existing architecture and recommend improvements that increase scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Refactor or redesign legacy workflows and applications where appropriate.
Custom Application Development
Design, build, and enhance custom applications in Zoho Creator.
Develop business workflows supporting operations, HR, reporting, sales, and client management.
Deluge Development & Automation
Develop clean, modular Deluge functions.
Build advanced workflow automation, approval processes, scheduled jobs, custom functions, and business logic.
Improve existing code to reduce technical debt and improve reliability.
Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics
Design executive, operational, and departmental dashboards using Zoho Analytics.
Build scalable reporting that delivers meaningful KPIs and business insights.
Develop reporting for operational metrics, campaign performance, productivity, quality, and incentive tracking.
Ensure reporting remains accurate, performant, and maintainable as business requirements evolve.
System Integration
Integrate Zoho applications with one another and third-party platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, Zoho Flow, and custom integrations.
Troubleshoot integration issues and improve data synchronization across systems.
Data & System Optimization
Improve data integrity, architecture, and performance following our CRM migration.
Reduce manual processes through automation and thoughtful system design.
Optimize database structures, layouts, fields, modules, and relationships.
Collaboration
Work directly with business leaders to understand operational challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Recommend best practices rather than simply implementing requests.
Produce clear technical documentation for future maintenance.
Required Qualifications
Advanced experience developing solutions within Zoho One.
Expert-level Deluge scripting experience.
Strong experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator.
Hands-on experience building dashboards and reporting using Zoho Analytics.
Experience designing scalable CRM architecture rather than simply configuring workflows.
Experience inheriting and optimizing existing Zoho environments.
Strong understanding of APIs, REST services, webhooks, and system integrations.
Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
Experience troubleshooting production systems and minimizing technical debt.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Zoho Certified Developer.
Experience building operational KPI dashboards and executive reporting.
Experience designing CRM data models and reporting structures.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience with Python, PHP, or other backend languages.
Experience supporting post-migration CRM optimization.
Experience working within SaaS, technology, sales enablement, or high-growth organizations.
