Senior Web Developer

We’re looking for a seasoned Web Developer with 10+ years of experience (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE LESS THAN 10 YEARS of experience) building, scaling, and maintaining high-performance websites using WordPress + Elementor, along with strong front-end and back-end coding skills. You’ll lead development across multiple branded sites and landing pages—handling everything from speed optimization and automation integrations to full-stack maintenance and hosting management. You must be experienced with Javascript and Python.

This role requires a hands-on expert who can take a project from concept to live deployment without relying on plugins or templates.

Responsibilities

- Build, manage, and optimize websites using Elementor, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
- Integrate automation workflows ( ---------- , Zapier, n8n, APIs) into site operations
- Manage hosting environments (10Web, WP Engine, SiteGround, or custom VPS setups)
- Handle complex WordPress setups, including multi-site and staging environments
- Troubleshoot performance, security, and server-side issues
- Understand and be an expert in vibe coding and building website apps from the ground up
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to implement new pages, funnels, and features
- Maintain SEO structure, analytics tracking, and uptime monitoring, and the ability to learn and use our AI apps
- Create and manage custom Elementor widgets, themes, and dynamic content systems
- Must be creative, have a good eye for design, and be very proficient in English

Requirements

Expert-level proficiency with WordPress + Elementor. Do NOT APPLY if you are NOT an expert.

Strong coding ability in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, PHP, Python, and MySQL

Familiarity with modern hosting and deployment systems (cPanel, Cloudflare, 10Web, etc.)

Experience connecting APIs and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Supabase, Shopify, etc.)

Excellent understanding of site performance optimization and mobile responsiveness

Capable of working independently and owning full technical responsibility for multiple sites

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI integrations (chatbots, content automation, API agents)

Familiarity with Elementor Pro custom development (JS hooks, PHP filters)

Understanding of security best practices and backup/version control

Background in e-commerce or marketing funnel design
