## About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Video Editor with expertise in cinematic storytelling and high-production value content. This role requires someone who can elevate both long-form documentary-style content and short-form social media videos to create compelling narratives that resonate with luxury audiences.

## Primary Responsibilities
* Lead the post-production process for diverse video projects, from concept to final delivery
* Create engaging content across multiple formats:
- Long-form: Interior design documentaries, client interviews, and podcast episodes
- Short-form: Instagram Reels, promotional content, and social media advertisements
* Execute advanced color correction and grading to maintain consistent, cinematic quality
* Edit talking head interviews into engaging, dynamic content with proper pacing and flow
* Integrate A-Roll and B-Roll footage to create compelling visual narratives
* Develop and maintain motion graphics templates and animation styles
* Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all deliverables

## Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years of professional video editing experience with a strong portfolio
* Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects)
* Expert knowledge of color correction and color grading techniques
* Demonstrated experience in both long-form and short-form content creation
* Strong understanding of cinematic storytelling and narrative structure
* Expertise in editing talking head interviews and integrating B-Roll effectively
* Proficiency in motion graphics and basic animation
* Experience with sound design and audio mixing
* Strong eye for composition and visual aesthetics
* Understanding of social media platforms and their specific video requirements

## Technical Requirements
* Expert level proficiency in:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve or similar color grading software
* Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
* Understanding of video codecs, compression, and delivery formats
* Experience with project organization and media management
