Job Title: Sales Manager (High-Performance Team Leader)
Overview

We are seeking a top-tier Sales Manager to lead, scale, and optimize a high-volume sales organization. This role is for a proven closer-turned-leader who can drive revenue, build winning teams, enforce accountability, and execute sales strategy at an elite level.

You will be responsible for managing a team of closers and telemarketers while overseeing pipeline performance, coaching daily execution, and consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
Own and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Develop and execute sales strategies that drive predictable, scalable growth
Analyze pipeline, forecast revenue, and adjust strategy in real time
Lead by example through strong deal strategy and closing support
Team Management & Coaching
Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales closers
Run daily sales huddles, weekly pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins
Enforce KPIs, call standards, follow-up discipline, and CRM compliance
Identify underperformance quickly and implement corrective action plans
Training & Performance Optimization
Onboard and train new sales hires quickly and effectively
Continuously improve scripts, objection handling, and closing frameworks
Track individual performance metrics and coach to improvement
Build a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence
Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM data, reporting, and forecasting
Monitor lead flow, conversion rates, deal cycle time, and close rates
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to improve lead quality and sales efficiency
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Required Qualifications
Proven success as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Leader
Track record of exceeding revenue targets in high-ticket or B2B sales
Strong experience managing and scaling sales teams
Exceptional coaching, leadership, and communication skills
Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and analytical ability
Comfortable with accountability, KPIs, and performance management
Preferred Experience
Experience in medical devices, aesthetics, SaaS, or high-value consultative sales
Background as a top individual contributor before moving into management
Experience managing inbound and outbound sales teams
CRM proficiency (Pipedrive)
