About the Role

We're looking for a Real Estate Video Editor to turn raw property footage into scroll-stopping listing videos, agent branding content, and short-form social clips. You'll own projects end to end — from raw drone and walkthrough footage to polished, on-brand final cuts. This is a long-term, full-time, work-from-home role for someone fast, reliable, and obsessed with quality.

What You'll Do

Edit property listing videos, walkthroughs, and cinematic tours from raw footage (drone, gimbal, interior)
Produce vertical short-form content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Color grade and color correct for consistent, premium-looking footage
Add motion graphics: lower-thirds, listing details, agent branding, captions, transitions
Sync music, sound design, and voiceovers
Maintain brand consistency across all videos and meet deadlines on a steady pipeline
Organize and back up project files and media


Must-Have Skills & Experience

-5+ years of professional video editing experience, with a strong real estate / property portfolio
-Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
-Proficient in DaVinci Resolve and/or Final Cut Pro
-Skilled in CapCut and short-form / vertical video editing
-Strong motion graphics and color grading ability
-Excellent eye for pacing, music selection, and storytelling
-Reliable high-speed internet and a computer capable of 4K editing
-Good written English and clear communication
-Able to manage multiple projects and hit deadlines independently


Nice to Have

-Drone footage / aerial editing experience
-Basic graphic design (Photoshop / Canva) for thumbnails
-Experience with real estate platforms or US market content
