Senior Python Developer

We’re a fast scaling E-commerce Startup focused on providing the latest analytics for thousands of businesses around the world, processing millions of products each day.
We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer to join our new team and form a solid foundation as we hire more developers in the coming months with rapid projected growth and no signs of slowing.

Your Responsibilities

As part of our fast-paced team environment you’ll be in charge of shaping and bringing our web app to our users, including:
- Working alongside the CTO and the dev team to bring the product vision to life
- Lead development by understanding product requirements and translating them into technical features
- Building and maintaining high-throughput Scraping functionality
- Large dataset DB management & scalability
- Server management and cloud infra development
- Autonomous remote working, co-ordinating over Slack and keeping our team updated

Your Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum experience with developing restful Python applications in production for 3 years as well experience with the following frameworks is preferred:
- Django (Inc. Django REST)
- Postgresql
- Apache solr
- Scraping (scrapy, selenium)
- Linux server management
- Docker, Terraform, IaC all preferred
- AI machine learning (Tensorflow, FastAI etc.) is a plus
