We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
This is a full-time remote position for someone who is analytical, performance-driven, and experienced in running profitable paid media campaigns with measurable ROI.
Responsibilities:
• Paid Media Management
– Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
Google Ads
YouTube Ads
TikTok Ads
– Monitor campaign performance and budgets daily
– Improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality
– Build and manage retargeting campaigns
• Strategy & Optimization
– Test new creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
– Analyze performance data and identify scaling opportunities
– Optimize landing page and funnel performance
– Troubleshoot tracking and attribution issues
– Research and leverage AI tools to improve campaign performance, workflow efficiency, and creative testing processes
• Reporting & Collaboration
– Provide weekly performance reports
– Work closely with creative and marketing teams
– Communicate insights and recommendations clearly
Requirements:
• Must Have
– 5+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns
– Strong experience with:
Meta Ads
Google Ads
YouTube Ads
TikTok Ads
– Experience managing significant monthly ad spend
– Strong understanding of:
Google Analytics 4
conversion tracking
attribution
retargeting
campaign optimization
– Excellent English communication skills
– Ability to work independently and proactively
• Preferred
– Agency experience
– E-commerce or lead generation experience
– Experience scaling winning campaigns
– Familiarity with:
Looker Studio
Shopify
Klaviyo
Hyros or Triple Whale
