We are a dynamic and fast-growing Influencer agency dedicated to maximizing success for our creators through strategic management, creative marketing, and streamlined operations. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to lead and oversee the entire X program and ensure our agency runs efficiently and effectively. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading teams, implementing and improving processes, and ensuring that all departments align with the agency's goals. This individual will play a pivotal role in maintaining high operational standards while driving business growth and efficiency. This is a demanding role that requires a commitment of 60+ hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
*Program Oversight: Lead and manage the X program, ensuring smooth operations and consistent results.
*Business Management: Develop and execute strategies for operational growth and efficiency.
*Data Analysis: Monitor KPIs, interpret data trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and performance.

*Training & Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and continuous development plans for existing staff.
*Documentation & SOP Implementation: Create, maintain, and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all departments.
*Auditing & Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to identify gaps, ensure compliance, and maintain high operational standards.
*Process & Business Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and develop solutions to streamline operations and improve overall business performance.
*Risk Assessment: Evaluate operational risks and develop strategies to minimize potential issues.
*Administration: Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and internal communications.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (4-year program required).
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business management, operations, or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Advanced data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in creating and implementing SOPs and training programs.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in managing virtual teams.
Experience in risk management and business process optimization.
Familiarity with the influencer marketing industry is prefered but not required.
