Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced sales professional with a strong background in the insurance industry to manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining client relationships.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with U.S.-based clients, handling insurance leads, and consistently converting opportunities into sales. This individual should be comfortable operating as both an SDR and an Account Executive while also managing and leading sales teams when required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Qualify and nurture insurance leads and effectively convert them into customers.
Handle both inbound and outbound sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Manage pipelines and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Negotiate and close deals while consistently achieving sales targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams when needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
Required Skills
Strong B2B and B2C sales experience.
Extensive experience in the insurance industry.
Proven ability to close insurance leads and drive revenue growth.
Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Strong cold calling and cold outreach skills.
SDR and Account Executive experience.
Pipeline management and CRM proficiency.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Leadership and team management experience.
Exceptional English communication skills.
Required Experience
Proven experience selling insurance products to U.S. clients.
Experience managing and leading sales teams.
Demonstrated success in generating leads independently.
Experience handling the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Experience in both inbound and outbound sales environments.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Previous experience converting insurance leads into closed deals.
Minimum 3–5 years of insurance sales experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling life, health, auto, or property insurance products.
Familiarity with U.S. insurance sales processes and regulations.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel.
