We are currently looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) campaigns, refining targeting, bids, and ad performance to improve lead quality and achieve key metrics like CPA and ROAS. The person will work closely with the team to write and review ad copy, ensuring compliance, and provide daily performance reports with actionable insights. Additionally, they will analyze campaign data, assess opportunities, and collaborate on refining strategies for continuous improvement in paid search campaigns.

The Role:
Build / optimize / load paid search ad campaigns
Targeted keyword research (brand and non-brand)
Keyword Analysis
In-platform optimization per client's directives (at scale)
Templated reporting/dashboarding
Launching New Google and Bing campaigns
Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction / parameters
Manage administrative / data entry touchpoints (Google Tags, UTM setup, etc.)
Provide reporting and dashboarding on campaign performance
Execute validation and optimization testing per client directive
Running YouTube Ads
Ad Copy Optimization
The Requirements:
2+ years of experience with Google paid search
1+ years of experience with Google Ads Manager/Editor
Knowledge of Google Ads (Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Google Tag Manager)
Baseline knowledge of Paid Google/text-based search
Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets experience
Experience running YouTube ads; Launching/optimizing Video ads (YouTube)
Search Ad Copy Optimization
Launching/optimizing Display ads
Nice to have:
Basic experience with Google Analytics, Ignite or similar analytics tool
Google certified (a BIG plus!)
