Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Programmer with a passion for VR game development to join our team. You will work closely with our developers to further develop systems, frameworks, and tools within Unity, contributing to the creation of immersive learning experiences. You will be supported by our team and trained on existing technologies to gain a deep understanding of our systems. Afterward, you will lead the implementation of VR gameplay mechanics, learning systems, analytics, and more.

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional programming experience
Demonstrable expertise in C# and Unity with at least 5 years of experience in game development
Proven track record of releasing games on constrained platforms such as mobile VR, mobile devices, or consoles
Strong foundation in game mathematics and gameplay coding
Proficiency in entity-component and object-oriented programming
Experience optimizing, profiling, and debugging on constrained platforms
Ability to develop scalable, robust systems, frameworks, and tools that enhance experiences and streamline workflows
Proficiency in software design patterns (observers, events, signals, services, etc.)
Experience mentoring and guiding other programmers
Proficiency in writing Unity Editor tooling
Experience deploying to Android

Bonus Skills:
Shader programming experience in Cg/HLSL or equivalent
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Front-end web development experience
Experience with DevOps and automated build pipelines

Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
Previous experience in game or VR development is highly desirable
