Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ Years Experience needed for Long-Term Role

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and deploy FAST – when we have an idea, we execute immediately.
- Work with Next.js, Node.js, React, and full-stack technologies to build high-performance, scalable applications.
- Deploy on Cloudflare Pages & Cloudflare Workers for ultra-scalable backends.
- Choose and optimize the best database solutions (Cloudflare D1, KV, R2, or MongoDB).
- Pixel-perfect execution – front and backend must be flawless.
- Optimize and push boundaries – we constantly improve and refine our systems. You must be comfortable growing and learning as we scale.
- Solve problems no matter what – figure things out, and execute type of mentality.
- Maintain blazing-fast communication – English must be flawless, and you must understand everything 100%.
- Work directly with the founders to build world-class user experiences.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of full-stack experience (Next.js, Node.js, React, Cloudflare, etc.)
- Insane work ethic – we GO ALL IN, and we need you to match our intensity.
- Fast, effective communication – you must be responsive and proactive.
- Extreme accountability – we need a developer who takes full responsibility, not someone who needs micromanagement.
- Comfortable learning and adapting – we push boundaries and expect you to evolve with us.
