What You’ll Do:
- Architect and Develop: Lead the full stack development of responsive, accessible, and secure user interfaces, seamlessly integrating modern backend technologies to deliver a superior user experience.
- Optimize Databases: Design, implement, and fine-tune SQL databases to ensure efficient, high-performance data storage and retrieval, maintaining the integrity and reliability of our platform.
- Cloud Architecture: Utilize AWS services to create a scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. You’ll oversee cloud deployments, automate workflows, and ensure optimal application performance in a cloud-based environment.
- Innovate User Experience: Tackle complex UI/UX challenges to create an intuitive, engaging user journey. Implement cutting-edge features, such as a browser-based notification system, to enhance user interaction.
- Lead and Mentor: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting best practices and maintaining high standards in coding, testing, and deployment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of full stack development experience with a robust understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, driving projects from concept to completion.
-Technical Proficiency:
- Frontend: Advanced knowledge of TypeScript for building dynamic and scalable user interfaces.
- Backend: Deep expertise in TypeScript and Python for creating efficient, maintainable codebases.
- Database Management: Strong capabilities in SQL, including the design, execution, and optimization of complex queries and relational databases.
- Cloud Mastery: Proficiency in AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation for architecting, deploying, and managing cloud-based applications.
- Tool Familiarity: Experience with Supabase, Firebase, and Vercel is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading successful projects, with the ability to solve complex problems and work independently when needed.
- Collaborative Spirit: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in agile environments and proficiency in tools like Git, Asana, or Notion.
