Senior Full-Stack / Back-End Developer – Gaming Platform (Player vs Player games)

Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Full-Stack or Back-End Developer to join our fast-growing team in building a Player vs Player gaming platform.

Our current team consists of 8 talented developers, and we are seeking someone who can take charge of the back-end, oversee critical systems, and actively contribute wherever needed to ensure a smooth and secure development process.

This is a FULL-TIME position, so we are looking for someone who can fully dedicate themselves to the project and collaborate closely with the team. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as you will be working with a diverse, international group of developers.

Responsibilities:
Manage and develop the back-end architecture for a scalable and secure platform.
Implement strong security protocols to protect user data and transactions.
Collaborate on UI improvements and overall player experience.
Design and build the level system and other key game mechanics.
Work closely with the team to solve complex technical challenges and deliver a top-quality product on time.
Provide technical guidance and mentor other developers when needed.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Senior Full-Stack or Back-End Developer.
Strong knowledge of security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Experience with real-time multiplayer systems or gaming platforms is a major plus.
Excellent English communication skills – both written and spoken.
Ability to work well in a team environment with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
