Senior Flutter iOS/Android Developer (App Matrix / High-Volume Publishing)

About the Role
We're an overseas-focused AI content team running a portfolio of mobile apps. We're hiring an experienced Flutter engineer to handle high-frequency app development, iteration, and store submissions. You'll own the rapid build-and-ship cycle that powers our multi-app matrix strategy. This is a Full-time only position
Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and iterate Flutter apps to support fast replication across our product matrix
• Build, differentiate, and publish multiple app variants at high frequency — hitting a steady output of several apps shipped per week
• Independently handle iOS App Store and Google Play submissions, reviews, and compliance issues; respond quickly to review feedback
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) heavily to maximize development speed
• Implement tracking, attribution (e.g. Adjust), remote config, and growth-related features as needed
Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on Flutter experience; able to take an app from zero to published independently
• Strong, proven experience building and shipping multiple app variants — deep understanding of app differentiation, avoiding account/app linkage, and passing review
• Very familiar with both iOS App Store and Google Play publishing — review mechanics, rejection handling, and account risk management
• Daily user of at least one AI Code Agent (Claude Code / Codex / Cursor) — able to ship significantly faster using AI tools
• Key hard metric: consistently ship multiple app variants per week
• Self-driven, fast-paced, and comfortable with high-frequency iteration
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with attribution systems (Adjust S2S)
• Experience with overseas ad monetization or growth products
• Exposure to AI image/video generation products
