Key Responsibilities
Executive-Level Administrative Support
* Serve as the primary support to the CFO, managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling sensitive financial documents.
* Organize meetings, investor presentations, and strategic planning sessions, ensuring all materials are prepared.
* Act as a liaison between internal teams, investors, and financial partners to streamline communication and data flow.
* Handle document control, investor correspondence, and financial reporting distribution.
* Maintain strict confidentiality with all financial and investment-related information.
Financial & Investment Analysis Support
* Assist in financial modeling and investment return analysis for commercial real estate assets.
* Conduct DCF (discounted cash flow) modeling, NOI projections, and sensitivity analyses.
* Work with Yardi Voyager & Forecast Manager to track lease financials, asset performance, and fund accounting.
* Compile market research reports, including demographic heat maps and cap rate trends, to support investment decisions.
Accounting & Financial Operations Assistance
* Support fund accounting by tracking capital contributions, investor distributions, and loan servicing.
* Assist with monthly financial reporting, reconciliations, and variance analysis across multiple properties.
* Prepare lender reports, investor summaries, and compliance documents.
* Ensure accuracy in investment data entry, fund statements, and property-level financials.
* Work with the Controller and Accounting Team to maintain proper financial workflows.
Key Skills & Competencies
Technical & Financial Skills
* Executive-Level Support & Administration – Experience supporting senior leadership with complex scheduling, reporting, and communication.
* Financial Modeling & Analysis – Strong proficiency in Excel (DCF models, IRR analysis, and ROI forecasting).
* Yardi Voyager & Forecast Manager – Experience handling lease accounting, property financials, and fund tracking.
* Ability to analyze leases, forecast cash flows, and model asset performance.
* Commercial Real Estate Experience – Knowledge of lease structures, NOI calculations, and cap rate dynamics.
* Accounting & Investment Fund Knowledge – Understanding of capital structures, financial reconciliations, and investor distributions.
* Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) – Ability to prepare professional reports and presentations.
* Experience with Yardi Investment Accounting Module (Preferred) – A strong plus for handling fund-level financials.
Soft Skills
* Excellent Communication & Writing Skills – Ability to prepare professional reports, investor summaries, and executive briefs.
* Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – Ensures accuracy in financial data and efficiency in executive support tasks.

Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Real Estate (MBA or CPA preferred).
* 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant, financial analyst, or accounting support role in commercial real estate.
* Experience working with investment funds, REITs, or real estate private equity.
* Proficiency in financial reporting systems (Yardi, ARGUS, Excel, and forecasting tools).
* Experience with Yardi Investment Accounting module is a big plus.
