JOB OVERVIEW

Our client is a full-stack agency focused on mission-driven brands. They’ve worked with some of the fastest growing ecommerce companies in the world. They are looking for their next Digital Media Manager to be a strategist and operator for large scale Meta campaigns.

**Need to have qualifications:**

- 3+ years of experience in digital media buying strategy and campaign management, specifically across Meta, Facebook, and Instagram
- Proven track record managing over $100K in monthly ad spend
- Extensive experience with media buying for ecommerce products priced at $300 or higher
- Strong analytical skills to perform detailed campaign performance analysis and make data-driven recommendations
- Great English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Availability to work 9A - 5P PST

**Nice to have:**

- Experience with other digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat
- Familiarity with ad creative best practices and the ability to provide constructive feedback
- Background in working with influencer marketing and partnerships

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead the media buying strategy and execution for various clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on driving conversions and maximizing ROI
- Develop and maintain comprehensive media plans, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and creative strategy
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and conduct thorough analysis to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms, applying this knowledge to improve campaign performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and insights on campaign performance
- Participate in the recruitment and training of junior media buyers, sharing best practices and fostering a growth-oriented team environment
