High-converting ad creatives for Meta & Instagram
Turning raw assets — or just product images — into scroll-stopping video ads using AI tools
Rapid iteration on winning concepts, hooks, and angles based on performance data
Full creative ownership: hook ? story ? edit ? final ad, no hand-off gaps
Translating performance feedback into the next round of creative, fast
Who You Are
Proven track record in DTC/ecommerce direct-response video ads — not agency reels, not brand films
You think in angles, hooks, and outcomes, not just edits — obsessed with performance over aesthetics
Strong hooks, pacing, retention editing, and storytelling instincts
Hands-on with AI video tools, AI UGC, motion graphics, and automation workflows (Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, or similar)
Deep fluency in TikTok, Meta, and Instagram ad formats and current trends
You produce at volume without dropping quality — this is not a one-ad-a-week role
You move fast, test fast, and improve fast with zero hand-holding
High-level English communication, full-time availability
