But if you're the rare editor who's genuinely obsessed, who pulls winning ads apart to figure out why they won, who already lives inside AI tools, who wants to climb from editor to creative strategist to CMO, then we've been looking for you. Keep reading.
-> Who we are?
We're an 8-figure DTC pet brand on a mission to become the #1 player in our space. We help dog owners take care of their dog's teeth fresher breath, cleaner teeth, fewer expensive vet bills down the line. We went from zero to eight figures in two years. We are nowhere near done.

Right now, our ads run almost entirely on static images and advertorials. We're about to build our video-ad engine from scratch and we're hiring the editor who'll be at the center of it.
This is not "one more editor on a faceless team." You'll work directly with the founder. You'll be the person turning our scripts into winning video ads. And if you're as good as you think you are, the path is wide open: editor ? creative strategist ? CMO. We promote from obsession, not tenure.
-> What you'll actually do
- Take our VSL ad briefs and turn them into finished, scroll-stopping video ads — at volume (think one 3-minute VSL a day).
- Use and build AI Systems (not only for video generation) + obviously use basic ai software like Veo, Seedance, Kling, HeyGen, Arcads, ElevenLabs...etc
- Run feedback loops on what wins and what flops
- Communicate constantly. Take real ownership.
-> Who we're looking for
1. Obsession. You think about the work when you're not working. You want to win — for the bonuses, for the climb, for the craft. We don't care which, as long as it's real.
2. Communicate, communicate, communicate. You give feedback, you debate, you stand your ground — even with the founder. If you'll prove the CEO wrong to make a better ad, we want you.
3. Accountability. Ad flopped? Your first instinct is *"I probably messed up — let me run a feedback loop and find out why,"* not excuses.
4. Self-starter. You move without being chased. You don't need a manager standing over you.
-> Requirements
- You've worked with 7, 8, or 9-figure DTC or supplement brands. (and can provide proof)
- You are an AI geek.
- Your English is fluent and clear enough to debate ideas with us. (Accent doesn't matter. Articulating your thinking does.)
- You're fast — a 3-minute VSL is a one-day job for you, not a one-week project.
