Compensation: $1500 - $2500/month (Depends on experience)

Role Overview:

We are looking for an Advanced, systems-minded Technical Operator to act as the primary technical engine for our business infrastructure. This is an autonomous role designed for a problem-solver who can own projects from discovery to implementation. You will be responsible for building out robust automations, managing client onboarding, and ensuring our AI-assisted operations and publishing pipelines run flawlessly.

Main Responsibilities & Day-to-Day:

Build, optimize, and troubleshoot complex workflows using Zapier, Make, and n8n; connect platforms via webhooks and APIs, and build internal visibility dashboards.
Join client strategy and discovery calls live to ask operational questions, scope out technical solutions, and map needs into clear implementation plans.
Set up and manage onboarding sequences based on purchased services, coordinate client access, and trigger internal task tracking.
Maintain executive content pipelines, manage approval/publishing workflows, and support B2C engagement systems using Manychat, beehiiv, and Heartbeat.
Proactively keep our backend organized by writing clean, high-quality SOPs so the business can scale reliably.


Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Deep, hands-on experience building multi-step automations in Zapier, Make, or n8n, alongside the ability to read and work with API documentation.
Prior experience managing workflows inside Manychat, beehiiv, Heartbeat, Lovable, and modern CRM systems.
Experience integrating AI-assisted workflows using tools like ChatGPT and Claude into daily operations.
Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the confidence to speak technically and consultatively on live client calls.
A process-driven mindset with a sharp eye for detail, capable of executing with very minimal oversight.


Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

Experience supporting agencies, consulting spaces, or B2C community business models.
Familiarity with Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, and major publishing pipelines (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Basic front-end or implementation experience.

KPIs & Success Metrics:

Successfully automating repetitive tasks and eliminating operational bottlenecks.
High speed, accuracy, and uptime on onboarding executions and content pipelines.
Proactive creation and updating of clear, reliable SOPs.
Providing high-quality technical support during discovery calls and improving overall internal visibility.
