Senior Acquisitions Analyst - Real Estate

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Acquisitions Analyst to support our investment team. This is a remote opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about real estate, finance, and data-driven decision-making.

As an Acquisitions Analyst, you'll assist in identifying, analyzing, and helping acquire multifamily investment opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Acquisitions Manager, conduct financial modeling, research markets, and help prepare internal investment presentations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Investment Sourcing:
- Assist in sourcing new investment opportunities by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with brokers, property owners, and other relevant industry professionals.
- Market Research and Financial Analysis:
- Conduct detailed market research and financial analysis to assess the viability of potential acquisitions.
- Due Diligence:
- Support the due diligence process, gathering and evaluating property, market, and financial data.



- Investment Committee Preparation:
- Help prepare comprehensive investment committee memos and presentations that clearly communicate investment analysis and recommendations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various internal and external teams, including investor relations, asset management, and property management to facilitate the seamless execution of transactions.
- Record Maintenance:
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of acquisition activities and investment performance in relevant databases.
- Ad-Hoc Projects:
- Participate in or lead ad-hoc projects that support, enhance, and strengthen the acquisition process, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in our investment strategies.
