Senior AI Graphic Designer for Viral Instagram Creator/Streamer Posts

We are hiring a highly skilled graphic designer/content designer to create Instagram posts and carousel graphics for Repulse Media.

The style we are looking for is similar to GoSparq ---------- high-quality creator economy posts, streamer news, influencer culture, bold magazine-style layouts, clean cutouts, strong typography, carousel storytelling, and viral Instagram design.

This is not basic Canva template work. We need someone who can create premium social media graphics that look modern, polished, and professional.

You will be creating posts about streamers, influencers, YouTubers, Twitch creators, TikTok creators, and internet culture. Examples of creators you should understand or be willing to research: Kai Cenat, IShowSpeed, Duke Dennis, DDG, Jay Cinco, Lala Baptiste, AMP, FaZe, N3on, Adin Ross, Sketch, Plaqueboymax, and other trending creators.

Responsibilities:

Create Instagram carousel posts, single posts, story graphics, and creator-news style graphics
Design posts inspired by GoSparq’s style, but original for Repulse Media
Cut out creators from photos cleanly and place them into professional layouts
Use strong typography, gradients, overlays, shadows, lighting, textures, and composition
Create posts that look like modern media/news content, not basic ads
Research trending creators and internet culture topics
Use AI tools to speed up design, improve images, remove backgrounds, expand photos, generate concepts, and create better content
Create different design concepts and variations quickly
Organize files properly in Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or Google Drive
Follow brand direction and improve the look of Repulse Media’s Instagram

Required Experience:

Strong graphic design portfolio
Experience making Instagram carousel posts
Advanced Canva and/or Photoshop skills
Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Krea, Magnific, Firefly, or similar tools
Strong understanding of social media design
Good eye for composition, spacing, colors, fonts, and layout
Ability to make creator/influencer posts look premium and viral
Ability to work fast without needing every small detail explained
Must be reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines

Important:

Please do not apply if you only make simple Canva posts, real estate flyers, birthday posters, or basic business graphics. We need someone who understands modern Instagra ---------- dia pages, influencer culture, streamer culture, and AI-assisted design.

The right person should be able to look at an Instagram page ---------- understand the design direction, and create original posts for our brand at a similar quality level.
