About Us:
We are building production AI agent systems for real estate leasing and property management automation, including voice AI, workflow automation, and tenant-facing systems.

This is a real-world build focused on automating leasing, tenant communication, and property operations—not experimentation.

We are only looking for a hands-on builder who has shipped production AI agents or automation systems. No beginners or prompt-only experience.

We are building in real estate first, then expanding into other business verticals.

Engagement Structure

This starts as a contract-based build project to develop our core AI agent and automation infrastructure.

You will work directly with the founder to:
- Build AI leasing and property management agents
- Deploy voice AI systems
- Design and implement automation workflows
- Set up AI agent infrastructure
- Define system architecture and best practices

This is not a one-off job.

Strong performance may lead to:
- Long-term contract work
- Lead AI Engineer role

What You Will Build:

Real Estate AI Systems:
- Leasing automation workflows
- Lead qualification & follow-up
- Tenant communication systems
- Maintenance request handling
- Appointment scheduling
- CRM integrations
- SMS & email automation
- Voice AI leasing agents
- Resident support automation
- Internal operations tools

Voice AI:
- Build AI voice agents using ElevenLabs
- Integrate Twilio, SMS, WhatsApp
- AI receptionist and leasing agents

AI Agent Infrastructure:
- Install and configure Hermes Agent
- Build MCP tool integrations
- Connect APIs, tools, and databases
- Improve reliability and performance

Workflow Automation:
- API + webhook automation systems
- CRM and property system integrations
- Internal dashboards and tools
- Process automation across operations

Remote Infrastructure:
- VPN setup for remote team access
- Secure systems for virtual assistants
- Permission and access control setup
- Scalable remote infrastructure
