Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Agent Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, with a proven track record of developing advanced AI agents. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions to automate tasks such as client communication, property searches, market analysis, scheduling, and many other solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop advanced AI agents to automate real estate tasks.
Implement state-of-the-art machine learning models and natural language processing techniques.
Integrate AI solutions into existing business systems and workflows.
Train and fine-tune AI agents to ensure high accuracy and performance.
Monitor and improve AI agent performance through continuous learning and feedback loops.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI agents to ensure robustness and reliability.
Document AI development processes, models, and systems for future reference and scalability.
Provide technical support and training to team members on the use of AI agents.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Extensive experience in developing AI agents, chatbots, or virtual assistants.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Strong knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers).
Proven experience in handling large datasets, data preprocessing, and data augmentation.
Familiarity with real estate industry processes and terminology is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. For this position, there are no other team members who are working on this project.
