Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and results-driven SEO Specialist who can develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase our website’s visibility and drive organic traffic. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in SEO, Google Ads PPC, and Facebook Ads. This role requires expertise in creating funnel ads, marketing, and coding.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies to improve website ranking on Google and other search engines.
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for search engines.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Create and manage Facebook Ads to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
• Develop and implement effective funnel ads to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and engaging content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary changes.
• Utilize coding skills to enhance website performance and user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a successful track record.
• Expertise in Google Ads PPC and Facebook Ads for Real Estate Agents.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms.
• Experience in creating and optimizing funnel ads.
• Proficient in marketing strategies and techniques.
• Coding skills and experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in the Central Time Zone.

Preferred Qualifications:
