Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

Catalyst Lighthouse Singapore is seeking a SEO Specialist with 1-2 years SEO experience from an agency background. Freelance experience counts as well.

The SEO Specialist will play a pivotal role in the current implementation and execution of the SEO strategy envisioned by the SEO strategist in Singapore as well as supporting the SEO Strategist in expanding the team in Philippines.

The SEO Specialist will support the company in providing cover for 3 specific functions:
1. Managing key stakeholders to establish a positive relationship and to ensure that all stakeholder KPIs are met and effective communication is maintained
2. Assist in management of the editors and writers to ensure all stakeholder tasks are managed and completed on time.
3. Supporting the company to create a best in class SEO product, and support on developing other verticals such as Content, CRO and Ecommerce.

Key Accountabilities
You will primarily be responsible for supporting of the SEO Strategist in day to day tasks

Provide accurate and clear communication to stakeholders via email, phone and presentations in meetings

Responsible for understanding and managing stakeholder KPIs

Execute best in class SEO strategies for all websites under our care

Oversee the planning, prioritisation and completion of stakeholder SEO tasks for the team

Follow global best practice SEO process and guidelines to ensure stakeholder success through methodical, planned and executed SEO strategies

Work with the SEO Strategist to research and develop new strategies, approaches and products
Any ad hoc requirements as requested by the SEO Strategist

Show a keen and positive attitude towards SEO and a keen desire to learn

Showing a high aptitude for project management, task management and time management for one’s own work as well as SEO teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Commitment to deliver first class work every time and never leave a quality issue unchecked

During your free time, you read SEJ, Backlinko, Authority Hacker, and related marketing blogs to keep up to date and test their applications in the company

You would jump at the chance to play with ahrefs, semrush, search console, analytics and screamingfrog

You are comfortable with pivot tables and vlookup excel, or is willing to self-learn

Apply, and be able to explain, SEO best practices for domain, sub-domain and directory structure to client websites.
Have the ability to talk tech with developers, but also be able to explain concepts in layman terms.

Diligence and attention to detail in optimisation and reporting
