Scriptwriter for Naruto-based YouTube channel

I am looking for a writer who has comprehensive knowledge of the series Naruto, to write 1 script (in US English for a US audience) per week for a Naruto-based YouTube channel. If this goes well, this will increase to 2 scripts per week. Each article will be anywhere between 2,000 and 3,000 words, though some scripts may be below or above this range.
The tone of the script is conversational and informational, with jokes and memes put in throughout with the video visuals in mind.
A brief will be given as well as specific talking points, however research will be required to better understand the topics and to ensure accuracy.
I am also looking for someone who has experience of retention-based scriptwriting and is able to use hooks accurately and effectively throughout a video.
I will also give care and attention to training you to ensure that not only your writing skills are adapted to my channel, but also to improve them as a whole with a retention-based focus in mind.
I am looking for someone long-term for the channel.

What I am looking for - ESSENTIAL:
- Quality writing based on a detailed brief.
- Unique content that is easy to read.
- A natural desire to research topics.
- Microsoft Word or another software that can read/write .docx files is needed as this is what my team works with.
- Expert and comprehensive knowledge in the Naruto (Original and Shippuden) anime and manga. Due to the nature of my channel, this may need to be tested.

What I am looking for – DESIRABLE
- Expert and comprehensive knowledge in the Boruto manga (Next Generations & Two Blue Vortex), and to a lesser degree, the Boruto anime.
- Prior experience in retention-based writing, primarily for YouTube channels
- Effective writing ability in Tagalog (The channel will still be in US English for a US audience however)
- Translating ability from English to Tagalog.

What I am NOT looking for:
- AI generated scriptwriting (this is easy to tell if AI is being used)
- Copy and pasted content (Narutopedia can’t be used as a copy and paste, as the scripts will be given in the personality of the channel with the jokes, language etc)
