Scheduler Virtual Assistant (Shift Coordinator)

We’re hiring a Scheduler VA to help fill healthcare shifts by confirming availability, logging hours, and keeping our caregivers and clients on the same page.

Tasks Include:
• Assigning available caregivers to shifts
• Confirming scheduling with both caregiver and client
• Logging hours filled in Airtable
• Reporting missed shifts or issues to the Lead VA

Qualifications:
• Experience with scheduling or virtual assistant work
• Confident using Google Sheets and Airtable
• Reliable communicator and proactive problem-solver

ENGLISH MUST BE EXCELLENT.
