Job Title: Lead Generation & Sales Representative (Outsourced / Remote)
Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation & Sales Representative to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, prospecting, appointment setting, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
Research and identify potential prospects through online platforms, databases, social media, and other channels.
Build and maintain targeted prospect lists.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Update and manage lead information within CRM systems.
Sales Outreach
Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Introduce company products/services and communicate value propositions effectively.
Schedule meetings and sales appointments for the internal sales team.
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions.
Track outreach activities, lead status, and conversion metrics.
Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities and sales performance.
Recommend improvements to outreach strategies and sales processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and prospecting software.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B sales environments.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SaaS, technology, professional services, or related industries.
Experience handling international clients and prospects.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified leads generated per month.
Number of appointments/booked meetings.
Outreach volume (calls, emails, LinkedIn messages).
Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate.
Revenue contribution from generated opportunities.
