Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Retail Operations and Account Coordinator to support account execution, reporting, order management, and retail operations across key retail partners and internal
teams, including the National Director of Sales, Director of E-Commerce, Sr. Marketing Manager, Associate Director of Product Development, Sales Team, Operations, and Bony. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced
environment, enjoys working with data, managing multiple moving pieces, and partnering cross-functionally across sales, marketing, logistics, and operations teams. You will serve as a critical execution partner responsible for reporting,
account administration, order management, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple retail accounts.

What You’ll Do

Reporting and Business Analysis
Pull, organize, format, and maintain retail performance reports across multiple systems.
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual account reporting with TY vs. LY (This Year vs. Last Year) and sell-through analysis.
Monitor and track store initiatives such as events, and product programs
Create polished reporting deliverables and maintain reporting accuracy.
Analyze performance trends and develop concise weekly business recaps.
Support ad hoc reporting and business analysis as needed.
Support The Sales Director throughout the GTM process through lifecycle
tracking and planning metrics to drive proactive and reactive OTB decision-
making.

Business Operations and Inventory Support

Develop markdown recommendations and proposals.
Generate reorder suggestions based on sales and inventory performance.
Process RTV requests (RA numbers and Vault Intent).
Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams to identify slow and fast sellers and support promotional opportunities across:

o Social campaigns
o Flyers
o SPA initiatives
o Additional marketing activations

Order Management and Execution
Create and manage item set-up forms
Conduct order audits including:
MOQ compliance
Item set-up audits and maintenance
Spend recaps
Manage order execution including:
Delays and issue resolution
Tracking timelines and asset due dates
Maintain data integrity across sales trackers, product trackers, and item set-up processes.
Create product selections within NuOrder and/or PowerPoint.
Update Piro attributes and pricing strategies.

Account Administration and Customer Support

Serve as the primary operational contact for customer accounts (excluding
strategic account ownership), including:
Item set-up coordination
Delay communication and resolution
Item checks and troubleshooting
Event and promotional date confirmations

Marketing Support

Update store-facing documents and promotional flyers.
Confirm sample availability and coordinate recalls.
Create picture pages and supporting sales materials.
Support creation of Product Knowledge presentations.

Accounts Supported
You will manage operational execution across accounts including:
? Nordstrom
? RueLaLa/Gilt
? Liverpool
? Amazon
? E-Comm

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in retail operations, sales operations, merchandising support, account coordination, or a similar role.
Strong reporting and analytical skills with advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
Experience with retail reporting and order management workflows.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Comfortable working across systems and maintaining data accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with PowerPoint and presentation creation.
Familiarity with retail platforms such as NuOrder or similar systems is a plus.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Logistics preferred.
