Sales and Marketing Senior Associate

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Associate who enjoys engaging with customers over the phone. This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to execute strategies that promote our products/services effectively.

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and identify opportunities for sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through excellent communication.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
- Track and report on sales activities and customer feedback using CRM software.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably involving phone-based customer interaction.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
- Ability to effectively present and explain products/services to potential customers.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
