Position: Sales and Client Relationship Manager

Role Objective: To drive business growth by effectively acquiring new clients, managing client relationships, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty, thereby directly contributing to the company's success.
Responsibilities:
• Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and target potential clients using a variety of marketing and outreach strategies. Initiate contact, manage follow-ups, and cultivate relationships that turn prospects into clients.
• Sales Presentations: Skillfully deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our AI-powered SEO services to prospective clients, clearly articulating the value and benefits of our solutions.
• Client Onboarding: Manage all aspects of client onboarding, including account setup and guiding clients through the service setup. Ensure clients understand the workflow, expected outcomes, and how our AI-enhanced services benefit their business.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and enhancing relationships. Address any issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Contract Management: Negotiate and close deals with a focus on creating long-term value for both the client and the company. Manage contracts and handle renewals with an eye toward expanding client engagements.
• Reporting: Provide clients with regular and detailed performance reports and insights, using data to highlight successes and identify areas for further improvement. Solicit client feedback to continuously refine our services.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and client relationship management, ideally in the SEO, digital marketing, or tech industry.
• Strong understanding of SEO, online marketing strategies, and digital sales processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand and demonstrate technology-driven services.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
