Description: Responsible for supporting the sales and business development efforts of the agency. Their primary role is to assist in generating leads, nurturing prospect relationships, and supporting the overall sales process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation and Management
Researching and identifying ideal clients
Collecting contact information of potential clients.
Creating and maintaining a database of leads.
Managing leads through social media
Prospecting and Outreach
Initiating contact with potential customers via phone,
Conducting cold calls and sending personalized
Qualifying leads by understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
Ensure follow-ups for warm and cold leads
CRM Management
Manage prospect funnel in our CRM
Updating and organizing customer data and interactions.
Monitoring and tracking sales activities and progress.
Generating reports and analyzing sales data from the CRM.
In charge of the Prospect Masterlist Sheet Customer Communication Checklist
Sales Support
Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings and appointments.
Managing sales documentation and ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Client Communication
Responding to client inquiries and providing information about our services.
In charge of communicating with Prospects through
Reach out on any client facing communications via Zoom,
Conduct initial call consultation
Sends HSVA
Managing and organizing sales communication channels, such as
Sales Reporting
Collecting and organizing sales data.
Creating sales reports and dashboards to track sales performance.
Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, revenue, and
customer acquisition costs.
Generating sales reports and providing insights to the management team.
Identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategies to optimize the sales process.
Sales Administration
Managing sales documentation, contracts, and agreements.
Organizing and maintaining sales files and records.
Consultative Selling
Understanding the unique requirements and pain points of potential customers.
Conducting thorough needs analysis and providing appropriate solutions.
Educating customers on the company's services, features, and benefits.
Tailoring sales presentations or proposals to address specific customer needs.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Collaborating with internal teams, such as recruitment, to align sales efforts with the recruitment
goals.
Coordinating with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to customers.
Communicate updates on prospects with the team
Skills and qualifications:
With experience with client-facing roles similar to sales. This is a B2B (business-to-business) sales type of work.
Ability to customize and pitch a service.
Experience with tools such as Canva, GHL, Zoho, VOIP and Google Workspace
Personable, relatable with a strong command of English
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Experience in proposal drafting and document management.
