Sales Telemarketer

Tasks & responsibilities
* Prospecting potential clients by conducting phone calls, emails and assisting marketing with outreach campaigns
* Direct sales to new and existing Salary.com clients globally
* Drive participation in Salary.com’s benefits, practices and total rewards surveys
* Identifying new company and individual opportunities using sales intelligence tools
* Design and execute territory specific plans and forecasts
* Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications & experience:
* Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree Course
* 1-3 years of compensation, sales or business development experience
* Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, LinkedIn and other sales prospecting tools
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
* Work cross-functionally within sales and other departments throughout the organization
