Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the digital services industry, and will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads within the USA market focusing on specific niches as provided.
- Sales Calls: Conduct sales calls and meetings to convert leads into customers.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Achieve a monthly sales target of $5000-$10000.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record in sales, particularly in digital services such as website development, SEO, Google Ads, and related fields.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently. You will get complete flexibility in working hours as long as the monthly target is met.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to achieve targets without constant supervision.
- Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of digital marketing and web development services.
- Sales Cycle Management: Capable of managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

Compensation:
Fixed Salary: $1000
Commission: Percentage of sales achieved.
Flexibility: Complete flexibility in working hours and location.
