Daily Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting
• Research and identify potential American clients in industries such as customer service, virtual assistance, graphic design, and more.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites to find companies actively seeking remote staffing solutions.
• Cold call, email, or message potential clients to introduce the agency's services.

2. Outreach and Relationship Building
• Develop tailored pitches that highlight the benefits of hiring Filipino talent (e.g., cost-effectiveness, quality work, and remote adaptability).
• Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the needs of prospective clients and how the agency can meet them.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., HR managers, CEOs, or department heads).

3. Sales Presentations
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the agency’s value proposition.
• Demonstrate the qualifications, work ethic, and adaptability of Filipino talent to address specific client needs.
• Negotiate terms, including pricing and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring mutual benefits for both parties.

4. Pipeline Management
• Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday.com) to track client interactions, manage leads, and organize follow-ups.
• Ensure timely responses to inquiries and maintain communication to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Update the pipeline daily to monitor progress and identify opportunities to close deals.

5. Market Research
• Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in remote staffing and outsourcing.
• Research competitor offerings to differentiate the agency's services.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure the agency can meet the staffing requirements of prospective clients.
• Communicate client feedback to the Operations Manager to improve service delivery and address concerns.
• Collaborate on marketing strategies to increase outreach efforts, such as webinars or targeted campaigns.

7. Reporting and Strategy
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on outreach efforts, lead generation, and sales performance.
• Analyze metrics like conversion rates, lead response times, and revenue generated to adjust strategies.
