You will follow up via phone/text/email on digital leads and leads generated at our local events, and
Convert those leads into our appointment book;
Reach out to our existing clients and members to inform/remind them of our promos utilizing our CRM.
Reach out to our existing clients and members to remind them of their appointments or to rebook,
Experience with Zenoti CRM and creating automations (eg. Campaigns) within Zenoti is a strong plus.
This role can grow into full-time, long-term as you grow into implementing email campaigns to generate more leads within our geographic community as well as taking on management of our social media accounts.

We have experience contracting with freelance VAs from around the world, but this is intended to be long-term employment. We have also been completing the “One VA Away Challenge” course by John Jonas, creator of OnlineJobs.ph, because we highly value a long-term, win-win relationship with all our team members.

The hiring process will involve these steps:
1) You will send me an audio recording of you describing the last book you have read or your favorite dish to eat. Since you will be making phone calls to our patients/clients/prospects, we want to hear your accent. Please include this recording in your reply.
2) We will have multiple rounds of messaging back and forth for us both to get acquainted with each other and our mutual expectations..
3) A final interview will be via video conference which you can do from a cafe if you wish.
