Position Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a pivotal role in expanding our customer base. You will identify prospects, engage with decision-makers, and lay the groundwork for our sales team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients in the logistics and transportation sectors.
Qualify inbound leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with Awako.ai’s solutions.
Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of lead interactions, activities, and progress in our CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce).
Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and campaign effectiveness.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead-generation and qualification targets.
Provide valuable feedback to the team to improve our sales approach and customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

2-5 years of experience in sales development, telemarketing, or a related role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage prospects.
Proven experience in cold calling and prospecting, with a focus on relationship-building.
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales outreach platforms.
Familiarity with SaaS solutions, especially in logistics and fleet management, is a plus.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing time effectively.
A positive attitude, openness to constructive feedback, and a desire for continuous learning.
