Hi! I'm Cezar, founder of Driveaway, a used-car business in London. The business is growing and I'm building my first small remote team — I'm looking for my right-hand person to grow with me from the very start.

This isn't a faceless call-centre job. You'll work directly with me, the founder, every single day. I'll give you the scripts, tools and training to win, and as the business grows, you grow with it — into sales, and eventually into leading and building your own team of people you help me hire. What you'll do

You'll be the engine that keeps the business moving while I focus on buying and selling cars:

Post and refresh our car adverts every day across Facebook Marketplace, Auto Trader, Gumtree, eBay and Facebook groups
Reply fast and friendly to customer messages and phone calls — using my proven scripts (you don't need to be a hard closer; just warm, quick and consistent)
Book viewings into my diary and follow up with interested buyers
Keep our tracking sheet updated and help me spot which cars to push or reprice
In quieter ---------- nts, call dealers to sell older stock and help me scout great cars to buy in the UK
Keep me on track with a short morning plan and an evening summary each day


Who you are


Excellent written English and confident spoken English — you'll speak with UK customers and dealers
Hard-working, reliable and self-disciplined — you do what you say without being chased
Friendly and calm on the phone and in chat
Comfortable with spreadsheets and happy to learn new tools
Have a laptop, a headset, fast and reliable internet (with a backup), and a quiet space for calls
Happy to work an evening/night shift long-term (see hours) — please only apply if this genuinely suits you
Bonus: past experience in sales, customer service, BPO, or as a virtual assistant

The hours

Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm–8pm UK time (Monday & Tuesday off). In your timezone that's about:


Vietnam / Indonesia (Jakarta): 6pm–2am
Philippines: 7pm–3am

We work UK afternoons, evenings and weekends because that's when our customers are most active.
